One of my favourite clubs in the world so super pleased that Tsuba is back at Fabric once again to host room 3. Federico & Christian will be in the house alongside one of the UK's most under rated DJ's, Dean Muhsin (aka Bearweasel). 

5 Years Of Tsuba Part One

January 2011 marks the 5th anniversary of the label. In that time Tsuba has become established as one of the UK's most consistent labels for quality underground house music. The ethos remains the same now as it was when i started the label, to release timeless house with a deeper vibe.

To celebrate this milestone there will be two special releases. Part one brings together some HOT new mixes of Tsuba classics and an exclusive collaboration between Okain & Hector.

Following 'Solaris' earlier this year which reached No 2 in the deep house chart on Beatport comes the debut solo EP on Tsuba from Mic Newman. Tsuba goes back to basics with the launch of ‘Tsuba Limited’, a new offshoot for vinyl only releases. Each copy will be handstamped, numbered and strictly limited to 350 copies.

It’s a pleasure to have Rio Padice start the series with 4 raw underground house cuts that can be truly appreciated on Vinyl. The EP kicks off with the acid funk of ‘Code No 3’ characterised by a distinctive 303 hook & Roland drums. ‘Back To The Basics’ and ‘Chillesque’ blend production techniques from the 90’s with some choice samples to give an old skool flavour with a modern twist. ‘Mission To Mars’ rounds off an accomplished EP from an artist who’s set for great things in 2011.
