Tsuba goes back to basics with the launch of ‘Tsuba Limited’, a new offshoot for vinyl only releases. Each copy will be handstamped, numbered and strictly limited to 350 copies.
It’s a pleasure to have Rio Padice start the series with 4 raw underground house cuts that can be truly appreciated on Vinyl. The EP kicks off with the acid funk of ‘Code No 3’ characterised by a distinctive 303 hook & Roland drums. ‘Back To The Basics’ and ‘Chillesque’ blend production techniques from the 90’s with some choice samples to give an old skool flavour with a modern twist. ‘Mission To Mars’ rounds off an accomplished EP from an artist who’s set for great things in 2011.
